2. Platform Usage & Workspaces

Siteho provides a visual website builder and hosting infrastructure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your workspace. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all materials, data, and content you upload or publish via Siteho. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, parse, and display that content strictly to provide the Service to you.

4. Fair Use & Resource Limits

While we aim to provide generous limits on our plans, we reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the platform's infrastructure, such as excessive API requests, mass spam generation, or distributing malware.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
